Compliance: Designed and implemented a comprehensive compliance program, including investigations, for a Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer. Also designed a best practices compliance program for former Attorney General John Ashcroft’s firm. The firm adopted my best-practices compliance program as the basis for its future compliance work. The best practices took into account major compliance laws, regulations and enforcement practices worldwide, and are current.

– rollout of compliance programs and policies in multinational corporations; and

Worked at a leading law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright (formerly Fulbright & Jaworski), and the following multinationals: Halliburton, The Coastal Corporation, TETRA Technologies, and KBR.
