Since graduating from Wayne State University Law School in
2013, Shaun A. Mansour has focused his practice specifically on cannabis
regulations, licensing, and business transactions. Mr. Mansour is the managing
partner of Shaun A. Mansour, PLLC which is located in Clinton Township,
Michigan.
Mr. Mansour was involved in crafting the legislation that is
now the Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act, has served as a panel
member advising the Marijuana Regulatory Agency of Michigan, and has also
served as a member of the Marijuana Regulatory Agency stakeholder workgroups on numerous occasions.
Mr. Mansour has a perfect record and has had 100% of the applications approved for which he has submitted to the State of Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency.
Mr. Mansour has always been a strong advocate for patients, caregivers, and business owners in the cannabis industry. He speaks regularly on this topic and provides education routinely to various individuals and municipalities across Michigan.
Mr. Mansour was one of the founding members of Michigan’s Marijuana Law Section, which has seen its section grow (no pun intended) to over 1,000 members and is now referred to as the Cannabis Law Section for the State Bar of Michigan.
Mr. Mansour is married and lives with his wife and two children in northern Macomb County.
