The worst shipping company you’ll ever use for international flights. I would never ship with them or tell anyone about this company.

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but the experience I had with this service, specifically with an employee named Mohamed Anwar, was so overwhelmingly negative that I felt the need to share. The process began normally enough. I reached out to Mohamed to arrange shipping for moving boxes. Before packing, I specifically called him asking for guidance and an estimate, to which he instructed me to pack the boxes and provide the dimensions and weight later. To my surprise, I discovered later that larger boxes have exorbitantly higher costs than standard shipping boxes - something Mohamed failed to mention during our initial conversation. This lack of transparency and disregard for a client's budget constraints was my first red flag. His excuse? "You did not ask". Not only was his response unhelpful, but his overall demeanor was often lethargic, as though he had just woken up. Despite these issues, I chose to proceed because of my pressing need to ship my items. This decision, however, led to further disappointments. Mohamed often dodged my questions via text and only responded to what he was comfortable with. For instance, when asked about the arrival of the trucking company for pick-up, he chose not to respond. The final straw was when I had prepared my items for pick-up on the agreed date, only to be met with a no-show. Mohamed claimed that the trucking company wouldn't pick up boxes from the second floor. This resulted in unnecessary expenses for me - hiring help, renting a storage room on the first floor, and still no pickup from the trucking company! His next promise was to call "dispatch" early the next morning. But alas, no communication came. I reached out to the trucking company myself, only to find out they had declined the job the previous morning, a fact Mohamed failed to disclose. I'm now left dealing with the unnecessary mess of moving and storing my boxes, wasting both time and money. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Bottom line - I find the business practices here to be unfortunately dishonest, and potentially bordering on scamming customers with prices. Be aware and consider other options before deciding to use this service.

Extreme professionalism. Timely responses and resolution. Not to mention the great overall pricing for services. I can’t recommend Mr. Mohamed enough. He’s an asset to our community.

If u have some big bags or big shipments to deliver outside US , use RESCO or Red Sea Shipping Co (same company). Good service & ppl there r great & helpful too. The price r reasonable too....totally recommended them for big shipments.

very very recommended, I shipped my bags to Saudi Arabia and it arrived within a week with no problem and they picked it up from my place
