Mark I. Foteh, a Houston personal injury attorney, received his BBA in Finance from the University of Houston in 1996 graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Foteh received J.D. from South Texas College of Law graduating Cum Laude and ranked #7 in his class. While attending South Texas College of Law he was awarded the Stephen Tye Carpenter Award for demonstrating characteristics of kindness, generosity and help to others.

Foregoing the opportunity to start his career at a large law firm, Mr. Foteh decided to go into private practice in 2000 with his wife Mary Khano-Foteh for a more hands on approach. He represented a major corporation in defending asbestos-related lawsuits and now focuses his energy on representing the injured parties. In addition, Mr. Foteh has been appointed by judges as Attorney Ad Litem in multiple civil cases. 
 
Mr. Foteh’s practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury litigation and commercial litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice before Texas state courts.
