Collaborating with these agents has been extremely challenging. Many people cautioned me against working with Redfin. The agent seems disinterested in the needs of the buyers. The entire home-buying process turned out to be quite a frustrating experience. Their agents lack qualifications and appear to be inexperienced. I regret making an offer through them. Every time he or one of his agents showed us any house, always felt rushed. We were purchasing a million-dollar property, but they seemed to dictate the amount of time we could spend. On several occasions, our visits were canceled, and the agent expressed frustration about scheduling the tours through their app, leaving us uncertain about the reasons for this restriction. We hardly saw 4 houses with them, and put the offer which we liked through open house. Not sure why I picked them! I trusted the agent for inspection and he got all expensive inspectors so he gets commission from them. Very unethical! Our Redfin agent was disrespectful and his tone was super rude and unprofessional, he committed numerous errors in the offer, requiring my constant guidance and clarification. Additionally, they inundated us with 20 legal documents at the eleventh hour and persistently pushed for immediate signatures, not allowing enough time for thorough review and consideration. The coordinator neglects questions and appears to be unfamiliar with the documents she's sending. And never replied back to my valid question rather than pushing to sign. No response to any email but only texting to sign the document to my spouse for me. That’s an illegal ask in the fist place!

Unfortunately, I'm not sure that I would look at buying a property through Redfin. I come from a real estate background, but don't currently work as an agent. A representative gave me attitude once learning that fact. She says "Well, why are you calling us if you have a license?" I say, "I hold a license, but I'm not currently working as an agent so I no longer have lockbox access and would like to see the property." I received a few other snide remarks which implied this person either didn't believe me or didn't fully understand the whole licensing process. This was my first time using this company, I'm okay with the fact that you have to put an offer in with their agents, but I'm not really too keen on someone giving me attitude and assuming that I'm trying to "con" one of their agents. Plus the fact that there was only a 3 hour window for a showing on a Sunday afternoon. Guess times have changed. I will definitely be working with a traditional agent to try and view their properties in the future. I actually called an agent that we met yesterday afternoon and he's already shared more information about the property than I was able to obtain from Redfin!

Hate Redfin. They helped over the years to hype up real estate price many ways. I.E showing a property as hot property. It does not help buyer at all. Well good for the sellers.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. be careful when you are dealing with Redfin agents, most of them are cunning and scammers and misinform you. I am one of the victims of this company that I trusted them from beginning.

Redfin agent didn't really care , they get a weekly salary so they don't give you 100% of their attention and don't care if you sell your home lower than market value. I think they manipulate the home value on their website. Watch out!
