Chocolate Bash

I’m not really into high carb dessert but the fruity dessert here was great! The chocolate was thick and tasted good. I had nutella and Belgium chocolate in each dessert. They’re delicious. Fruit was mostly fresh, some of the pieces were not as new but most of the fruit was great. Drinks were too sweet. Plenty of street parking nearby.

Top notch service from the staff! Everything seemed fresh and they were very welcoming. I loved the sushi crepe! Would definitely recommend.

As a loyal patron of Chocolate Bash for over a year, I've frequented various branches across different cities, including Irvine, Newport, San Diego, and Phoenix, and have always been met with exceptional service and delectable treats. However, my recent visit to that branch left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. Upon entering the establishment, I encountered a stark contrast to the warm and welcoming atmosphere I've come to expect from Chocolate Bash. Instead, I was met with hostility from an employee who seemed eager to engage in conflict without any provocation. Throughout my visit, I felt threatened, disrespected, and oppressed, subjected to unwarranted aggression and foul language. This behavior stands in stark contrast to the exemplary service I've received at other Chocolate Bash branches. In Irvine, Newport, San Diego, and Phoenix, I've always felt reassured and well-served, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my experience at that branch was anything but pleasant, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. While I've enjoyed the delicious offerings at Chocolate Bash for quite some time, the treatment I received at that branch has left me questioning whether I will continue to patronize this establishment. It's disheartening to see such a disparity in customer service standards within the same franchise. I sincerely hope that management takes the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that all patrons are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

This place has horrible customer service, the dining area is filthy, the staff look like they’re in a different dimension, they tell you that your order won’t be ready for 30+ mins when there’s no one in the dining area, it’s just not worth going here. You’re better off getting some ice cream from Handel’s because it’s cheaper, they give you great portions of ice cream, and the staff are so nice. Forget this place. Don’t waste your time, money, and patience on this place.

Omg my new favorite spot! I ordered two nights in a row because I couldn’t get enough! The cinnamon roll with white chocolate drizzle is chefs kiss. The chocolate covered Oreos, the chocolate s’mores treat, and the chocolate covered strawberries. I wish I could get it all!
