We use old, authentic Persian & Mediterranean recipes in a modern facility with state of the art equipment. Everything is freshly made in house.. Our breads are made fresh daily, we grind and prepare our meats daily, and season every dish to perfection. We also experiment with with different ingredients to create unique dishes like our Lamb, Smoked Salmon or roasted Eggplant Pizzas. We have both ground and filet Beef, Chicken and Lamb Kabobs, as well as Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Fish Shawarma. Our appetizers are also made fresh daily.

Since our establishment Chef Mitra, Chef Giovanni, and Chef Pawan are continuously utilizing recipes from the Middle east, the Mediterranean and Northern India into our menu. To answer calls about Vegan and Vegatarian items we decided to incorporate the rich and exquisite tastes of Indian cuisine. As such, we are very fortunate to have Chef Pawan formerly of Sensi at Bellagio. Chef Pawan is an emeritus Chef trained in Scotland and brought to Las Vegas by Bellagio to create a Indian dishes at Sensi. We will continuously strive to stay unique and bring tastes from around the world to Las Vegas.

As a food lover and food connoisseur I've tried many fancy restaurants throughout the world and saw a need for a restaurant that offers great quality food without the formality of many fancy and expensive dinning places. In 2015, I decided to establish Chickpeas Mediterranean Cafe. The name Cafe implies a casual, friendly environment. There are no waiters or waitresses and we have an open kitchen so people can see how their food is prepared and what goes into their dish.
