Anthony K. Dalloo is a graduate of The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Dalloo has extensive experience in the automotive industry where he counsels clients in all aspects of transportation law, including Department of Transportation regulations, FMCSA regulations, general terms and conditions, supply agreements and disputes, warranty claims, and various other commercial issues. Mr. Dalloo provides on-going general counsel support for a number of automotive clients and has served in several on-site in-house counsel assignments with automotive suppliers during his career.

Counseling business owner clients on entity formation and restructuring, as well as buy-sell agreements and succession planning.

Managing several real estate transactions, effectively negotiating purchase and sale contracts, resolving inspection, title and survey issues, and handling closing matters.

Cannabis Law licensing, regulatory matters, and legislative issues- representing well in excess of 100 applicants and supplemental applicants for licensure at the State and municipal level, assisting in the preparation and filing of license applications for every available license type.

Administering estates and drafting trusts. Designs comprehensive estate plans to meet your personal, financial and business goals.

Prior to founding The Dalloo Law Firm, Mr. Dalloo was an attorney at a highly respected civil litigation firm, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.
