Amr Jayousi is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group in the Firm's Houston office. His practice focuses on corporate finance as well as project finance, and he has advised companies through financings in a broad range of industries, including energy, communications and agriculture.

In the energy space, Amr has extensive experience representing companies across the range of the energy spectrum, including oil & gas producers, oilfield services providers and midstream companies. He represents both private as well as public companies, banks and private equity funds in the area of corporate energy finance, including reserve-based loans, asset-based loans, acquisition financings and capital restructurings.

Amr is adept in different financing techniques and models, from traditional single-lender facilities to highly structured and syndicated facilities and Term Loan Bs. He is experienced in cross-border transactions and international financing structures and norms.

Prior to joining the Firm, Amr worked at the Houston offices of a leading global law firm.
