Since 1990 AlWatan Bakery has been serving up delicious pita bread. The Bakery was started by immigrant brothers Nashat and Mohammad Ibrahim, who wanted to bring a piece of Palestine to the Chicagoland area. The pita bread can be found from Nebraska to Kentucky. In 2014 the business expanded to sell fatayer, maamoul, and other arabic pastries.
