Our business specializes in authentic middle eastern flatbreads, known locally as Mana’eesh. We have plenty of variety in our flatbreads, which resemble a personal pizza. Our toppings include various meats, chicken, cheese, herbs, and much more.

I have been in the food industry for 30 years now, and I have been part of this industry every step of the ladder, starting as a busboy, and working my way up to finally manage my own business, of which I hold very high regard. I approach my produt as if I am the one who is being served. If it is good enough for me or my family to enjoy, then it will be served. If not, then it won’t make it out to the table.
